This new law changed the bankruptcy rules in a host of different ways. Under
this new law getting your debts cancelled will be more difficult but
not impossible.
But don't let let anything on this site stop you from wiping out
your debts through a personal bankruptcy. In the past you could process your own bankruptcy
with ease but now you simply MUST at least consult with a bankruptcy
lawyer before you make any moves. And unfortunately you'll be
confronted with much higher bankruptcy fees and attorney charges
than before due to the new highly restrictive bankruptcy law. You can still
eliminate your debts through a chapter 7 personal
