New Bankruptcy Law Secrets

Bankruptcy Schedule F

Bankruptcy schedule F is the bankruptcy form that lists most of your debts. Take as much time as you need to include everything you owe. If you have any doubts, list a debt, even a debt to a friend or family member.

What you list will determine if you qualify for a chapter 7 or much more difficult and punishing chapter 13 bankruptcy.

Schedule B lists most of your assets. List everything as you may end up with a chapter 13 bankruptcy if you want to hold onto many of your assets. Be complete and accurate at all times.

If you're holding property that really belongs to someone else, be sure to mention this to your lawyer. Do not list such assets as your own.
