And now there’s a new wrinkle – a friend tried to straighten out his credit ratings but when he called the credit-reporting firm they treated him like rubbish and refused to cooperate even though the firm was required by law to make the requested change.

To get revenge he launched a website that included all the details of his situation including how the credit-reporting agency refused to make legally required changes. That got a phone call in only four days, the credit company had seen the site and wanted it taken down immediately (businesses that routinely bend the rules hate public exposure) and in return they cleaned up his file – pronto! Who said that life isn’t fair?
